Whether you're planning a micro wedding, bridal shower, corporate event, workshop, or intimate gathering, our space is the perfect setting for unforgettable experiences. We offer an exclusive event experience with access to the entire manor, including our lobby, kitchen space, four studio rooms, and beautiful outdoor grounds.

- Intimate events for up to 30 guests (excluding vendors)
- Full access to the main floor, featuring 4 stunning studio rooms, 3 bathrooms, and our picturesque 3-acre outdoor space
- Exclusive use of our Bridal and Groom suites for a seamless preparation experience
- Makeup Suite for Rental for an extra fee of $75.00/hour
- Rentals start at $500/hour with a 3-hour minimum
- All events must conclude by 10 pm for an intimate and peaceful experience
- In-house rental options for serving staff, chairs, and tables for your convenience
- Access to our trusted network of preferred vendors to enhance your event
- The venue includes all elegant furnishings within the Manor, with the option to remove or rearrange pieces to suit your vision
- Collaboration with our in-house event coordinator to ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed
- Free parking available for up to 21 cars
Event Details:
Booking The Ruby Manor ensures complete privacy and the flexibility to customize your event. Our rental includes 3 complimentary hours for setup and 1 hour for teardown, with the option to add extra assistance if needed. You’re welcome to bring your own caterer, though no on-site cooking is permitted. Caterers can use portable heaters or chafing dishes, or you can opt for food spreads or charcuterie boards—perfect for intimate gatherings. A fridge is always available to store your food, beverages, or cake.
To make your day even more special, our experienced in-house servers are available at $30/hour to assist throughout your event. We offer full-service support, from setup to teardown, ensuring everything runs smoothly for an additional hourly rate.
